Anon316
FireFox because of its various addons which can also be customized, its fast when it comes to browsing and the ability to restore previous session upon opening.
Dracolith
I have Opera Next, FF Nightly and Chrome Canary installed. I find myself using FF most of the time, if only for the BarTab extension. For more heavy browsing, I use Opera. Nothing can handle hundreds of tabs open like Opera. Unbi
I like FireFox but it's become a tad bulky lately. Google Chrome is my next fave. Haven't tried Opera but maybe I should!
Enigma210490
Definitely Firefox. I just think Chrome tends to be a little slower than firefox.
SailorTurkey
I wonder why people think Chrome is 'faster' than Firefox, ok i know Firefox starts up slower (partly due to the plugin system which is a BIG advantage for users), but after that i just dont see in what way Chrome is faster than Firefox. On the other hand chrome just opens web pages, no blocking no controlling over content nothing, its dumb. Also when you have, say, 10 tabs open, in the background there are 10 friggin' chrome.exe running which hogs the pc. (10 tabs is under my average too). Considering RAM usage, those 10 chrome.exe's are eating up much more ram than my lovely firefox with all its plugins (like 20+).That's why my favorite is Firefox. Jªvª
Basically I use Opera Next, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and MS Internet Explorer. Only because I host a website and have to accommodate for each browser. Overall I would chose Internet Explorer and Firefox as number one, and opera and chrome running right behind it. Blueberry
google Chrome, it's faster than IE and it doesn't confuse me like FF does... i really like how all you have to do is type in the address bar and a google search happens... though you can change it to use another toolbar if you have one installed
zolockit
I think I said something else before on this thread.Whatever it was, I retract.Firefox Nightly + Vimperator > *Everything else is shit compared to that combination.
Neilly
I use opera too (win7 64bit) but am always having trouble with video/flash.

You can customise it to use any search engine in the address bar.
dark4yoyo
My favourite is definately Chrome though I sometimes use internet explorer for the few things that don't work with chrome (the only one I can recall is the uploading of mangas on one website that dosen't work on chrome). My chrome also has a few indispensible add-ons like adblock plus & a few others. I also like the favourites thing in chrome and the fact that it updates my favourites to both of my comps (one laptop for school & one desktop for gaming).I tried Opera for some time but found it laggy so it was quickly uninstalled. Schmitler
Chrome, although I am drifting more toward Firefox. Google is creeping me out with this data retention.
(AC)
Internet explorer 9, seems to be working good and loads up fast.
Baal
My favorite browsers are Internet explorer 9 and Firefox but Internet explorer 9 most because it's stable enough and main thing is that each and every content of a site is loaded properly, while in other browsers many things are skipped for showing higher speed of browsing. (AC)
Thats basically why i choose internet explorer 9 although google crome and firefox are still good aswell
Mettaur_SP
Firefox, because I've used it for a long time.Chrome is probably better for everything, though.
Guest
Chrome. Reasons being that I started using it since it became available and have used it ever since, I do use firefox for when playing BF3 because Chrome for some reason disagrees with the BF3 server browsing interface. Kimasori
I've been back and forth between Chrome and Firefox and both have been pretty good so I'd have to just say the both of them. If I absolutely had to choose one though...it may just be Firefox, by a very slim margin.
hero9989
For me - Chrome > Firefox > Opera > Safari > Internet Explorer.I actually prefer all the features of Firefox, but I love the fact that Chrome is so lightweight. Until the end of last year I had an ATOM powered netbook which needed all the help it could get. Chrome still loaded instantly even with the lackluster specs on the computer. Since then, especially with google sync (I know other browsers have got this since but as far as I know Chrome was the only one that did that when I first started using it), I have never looked back. black_joker89
I like to use firefox because it's simple and, imo, better than IE...it does tend to slow down time to time but, eh, i dont mind
