Maxthon 3 is the best for me.

Firefox, started using in 2007 when I started college and never looked back. Way faster than IE at the time with tabs instead of multiple windows.

No, IE has never and will never be good with any setup. It doesn't even support a lot of coding types and it displays a lot broken, and it's one of the biggest security risks on a Windows PC you could possibly have. IE gets infected without even using the darn thing.

I found this review while surfing around, it's reviews of different browsers, but I think they've messed up the ratings section a little bit. At least about Opera I can say that.

I use safari, I don't have a Mac I just love it. It feels so clean and organized that I can't switch over to anything else, plus it's crazy fast and it is easy to navigate.

I normally use google chrome but if my internet is being slow, i use opera since its fast and the layout is extremely good looking
