Have you ever seen a game and then it get's cancelled or it just didn't get released where you live. I know you have.

Dragon Ball Online

MegaMan Legends 3

Mobile Suit Gundam: Battlefield Record U.C. 0081

Dragon Quest X (This one just came out a couple months ago so I haven't given up hope yet.)

Those are just a few of the games I can remember.

There hasn't been any games that I wish got released that got cancelled but more along the lines of not released into my region or most other. These such games are mainly Japanese games and range from JRPG to all the cool naruto and bleach games you see where we are stuck with only a hand full to play with.

It'd be cool if I got to play Dangan Ronpa, but there's a fan translation in the works, so I don't know. I would just like to see more visual novels in general.

That aside, it's hard to miss what you don't know exists!

I think they have fully translated it, just havent put it into an actual novel. Its just sitting around on the translation forums in a big story mess. Also, there are a bunch of fan translated ones. About half are hentai, but still the other half isnt! (P.S.  Read Katawa Shoujo if you havent yet)

Metroid Dread - The 2D Metroid game that never was.

Project H.A.M.M.E.R. - It was an early Wii game that was announced, but was canceled.

Half-Life 3 - PROVE ME WRONG GABE, PROVE ME WRONG!

Super Mario 128 - Apparently many of the concepts were transferred to great games such as Pikmin, Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime, and Twilight Princess.

I wish Kojima would have kept Metal Gear Rising instead of letting another studio have it. I had such high hopes for that game, but yet they were ground into a fine powder and served to me in a machine part stew.

I totally agree! The first trailers looked sooo amazing!

I literally had my jaw open all the time, but sadly the end result wasn't much of a spectacular view.

It still was quite interesting though, i enjoyed it .. --errr-- except for the last boss battle..

3rd Birthday was an abortion.

3rd Birthday was a f**king mess. :<

You guys have to be kidding!

3rd birthday was great! I'm actually glad it tried something different because the first and the second one was pretty much a copy/paste of Resident Evil games.

With the 3rd game i feel like they kind of found a focus for it and i would really love to see more. Parasite Eve wasnt that scary to begin with anyways.

People are just too afraid of change in my opinion. The same goes with Resident Evil. RE6 is actually a pretty fun game if you give it a a chance and don't just jump on the wagon and say stuff that everyone else does.

But then again it's your opinion and i respect it, but i just wanted to give the 3rd Birthday some light. It's pretty great. I'm waiting for something more in a similar fashion.

I value your opinion Fleshrip but I couldn't see past the ambiguous story and lack of story telling in 3rd Birthday. I played the crap out of it because the gameplay was actually quite decent but in the end....I just felt like they messed up everything by introducing this whole alternate time-line/sending Aya back to the past thing.

I admit that it got a little confusing, but i never really thought Parasite Eve 2 had a good story to begin with, nor did Resident Evil for that matter.

To be honest, i really liked the ending, it was pretty shocking. Not going to spoil anything to some other people, but after that ending i was like "Wow, i wanna play more of this."

But i mean -- to each their own. I hope they continue making Parasite Eve games. Even though Aya is completely oversexualised and in the end feels like a tool, but then again that's what she is, right? A war tool to some people.
