  2. I've updated this because I no longer really need much advice anymore. Also, Mink and I have a slightly bigger budget now. Can't go bigger than what is on the updated list, because we want to put a good chunk into savings for emergencies...and we will be building this once we receive the money and then the parts once ordered, which will prolly be in about a month. Anyways, here is the current list as of 01/27/13 Chassis- NZXT M59 - 001BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case CPU- Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 Motherboard- ASRock Z77 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard Hardrive- Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive RAM- CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10B Power Supply- CORSAIR CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Graphics Card- EVGA 02G-P4-3660-KR GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card OS- Windows 7 Home Premium Misc- Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound AS5-3.5G - OEM COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel ... _________________________ PLEASE!!! 3. Ok so I'm looking for a cheep alternative to an iPod. Can anyone recommend a good one? What is required: Listen to music with decent audio quality Watch videos with decent video quality (don't care about file format and codec limits, just as long as it plays video) Browse pictures with decent video quality 8GB or more (ill take 4GB if it can read music, videos, and pictures off a sd card) At least 10 hour battery life for listening to music $75 - $80 or less What is preferred (but can live without): Touch screen. Decent sized screen Speaker Camera Green (If i can get it green that would be great) Long battery Wifi capable Earbuds included with player FM Radio What I'm avoiding: => => => ANYTHING EXPENSIVE <= <= <= Anything complicated (this is a present for my gf and she isn't very good with tech) These are the ones I'm looking at so far: My first / second choice (I can't decide which I like better): http://www.amazon.com/Archos-28-Internet-Tablet-Black/dp/B00422SGX0/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt http://www.amazon.com/Archos-Vision-Player-Built-Transmitter/dp/B003SE6I74/ref=pd_cp_e_3 My third choice: http://www.amazon.co...&n=172630&s=mp3 My fourth choice: http://www.amazon.co...ref=pd_sim_e_34 So what do you guys think about these, and if you know of any better ones give me a link to it and ill check it out.
