shyguysteve
if you were comparing episodes to manga books I'd say episodes. But eh I still don't like manga.
D.Knight
I prefer anime over manga mainly because the fighting and comical scenes are more enjoyable in anime than in manga.
Emad
manga dont have voice !!! ind sometimes reading a manga is so boring and you cant read lots of pages because you'll get tired of it . but anime is diffrent.its very exciting.you can see a hundred of episodes !!! and dont get tired of that . so in my opinion anime is much better than manga . geoffrey martin
i just think if you was brought up starting with books thats what youd prefer but if you grew up in front of the t.v then watching anime would be more suited to you. just my opinion
thistleberry
Manga plots are more detailed and reading it gives time to absorb all of the anime plot twists. They also often continue a series after the anime stops.
Darklordchris
True manga have more content, but it takes 5 or 6 + mangas to make 1 anime episode.which is why there are so many fillers out there ruining the anime
sdtbl13
The manga is written first and thus the anime is based off of it, which often leads to changed scenes, fillers, etc. It doesn't necessarily mean that the manga is better because it is the original, just like with some book to movie adaptations improving upon the original. However, it does mean that the earliest way to get the narrative would be through reading the source material, which is often why many prefer the manga. StrategyGuide94
I like both but prefer the anime as the fights are much better. In the manga there is not all the drama in the fights.
KaoclazmMJR
I personally prefer the manga because the importance of each scene is clearly emphasized and each attack in a fight scene seems so much more epic and devastating courtesy of the sound effects (i.e. wham, krak, smash, etc).I also like how in the manga none of the dialogue is lost on the reader due to poor pronunciation of low volume, etc. However, depending on the quality of the dub and animation anime can be really great too!Plus in the anime since many scenes consist mainly of dialogue, there are minutes of scenes which simply involve flipping from one characters face to another with their mouths moving. youngblood
I prefer manga over anime but i will definitely read and watch both it's a different experience for both of them
Saidon
Anime > MangaIn manga the fight scenes are lame. I finish 20 pages in around 5 minutes hahah so 20 mins > 20 pages.
DestinyBlitz
I love both of em, tho I kinda prefer the funny scenes and battles in anime cos its much more realistic and visualisable if u know wat i mean Tho i also rly like manga cos the drawings are amazing and there r some things in a manga that anime will never have <3So for me its a tie! ~
Neoseek
I like both, I read the manga for plot and the awesome drawings and watch the anime for the fights
Shirotora
It's harder for me to access manga than it is to get anime, so I'd have to go for anime. Some series are sometimes better in manga format plot wise, but I think animes do fight scenes better. It all depends on the manga/anime. Xanodus
That depends on what I see first. In between for me. Sometimes the manga is better, and sometimes the anime is better. It just shows how well the companies produce the anime
some1liku
I like anime because I prefer to see it than read it. You know, like with Harry Potter. I'd rather watch the movie for 3 hours than read the book for 3 weeks. Most animes are like 2 or 3 chapters of the manga which takes like 10 mins to read compared to the 20 sum mins of the anime manga > anime ---
Zanco
Anime, defiantly anime. I mean don't get me wrong, I love manga but anime is manga coming to semi-life. You get to see your favorite manga characters in ways you'd never even dream of seeing them. : ]
Negimaru
I'm a Manga fan unless the anime was first then well different story but manga first cause thats where the main story came from
Rangerxmage
Reading manga seems like too much effort. Just being able to watch it play out infront of me is a lot more entertaining.
