† Nutz 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2006 Manga obviously. I've never seem a anime that's better than it's corresponding manga.
VincentsLucrecia 8 Report post Posted December 9, 2006 I've always thought that the Manga of an Anime has a lot more to the story in it. You can't exactly cram a whole arc or storyline into an hour or half hour show. The Manga provides a lot more information.
† Koga 1 Report post Posted December 12, 2006 I like anime because I prefer to see it than read it. You know, like with Harry Potter. I'd rather watch the movie for 3 hours than read the book for 3 weeks.
Vivi Kailo 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 Anime, you can hear their version of the voices, and see how they altered it from the Manga. The manga DOES put more into the story, but the anime adds to the characters, I prefer that.
Ryuuzaki 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 There isen't much different though just maybe a few filler episodes etc.I prefer Anime though if it is Japanese and sub titled.Though manga is usually better then anime in the fact that the manga is the original and what the author wanted you to read/see. † Koga 1 Report post Posted December 14, 2006 I'd only read the manga if I can't watch it for some reason, or it hasn't become an anime yet.
† Emotional Outlet 986 Report post Posted December 24, 2006 I'm a fan of manga. It's quieter. I don't need the characters to be voiced for me--I have an active enough imagination to supply voices for myself, and to imagine scenes in my own mind from the manga. It's not much of a hassle for me to take some time out of my day to devote to reading. (And I don't think a novel has ever taken up three weeks of my time, but if I enjoy the story and want to read it, I'll spend hours just sitting and reading. )Plus, being a fangirl, I love being able to just sit and stare an extra moment at a particular image without having to hit a button. ;D
Guest Faith Report post Posted December 26, 2006 It depends really. Some are better as a manga and others are better off as an anime.I think Evangelion is wonderrful both ways. I think Love Hina was better and more comedic as a manga than as an anime. So those are just examples of what I am saying.
Exodus 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2006 Manga. Anime always takes to long to get to the next episode and such (season finales, not enough stuff is translated yet) and the manga's are always farther. Plus if you know the right places to look online, you'll never even have to pay for Manga, although Full Metal Alchemist and Naruto are the only one's I read. Jakki 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2007 Anime is better, it's faster, there are voices, sounds and the characters really move, and you don't have to read nothing else than the subtitles

Vipersnake 0 Report post Posted July 10, 2007 I don't like as much to read the show as I do to watch it even if Mangas/books are usually better then anime/movie verisons. I voted Anime. My favorite anime has to be dot.hack and Trigun
Anooxy 0 Report post Posted July 10, 2007 Anime has more things than manga. I actually compared Naruto Episodes with Naruto Chapters and since the start, anime offers some more interesting things. But anyway, many people like me hate waiting for the anime and read manga and whn it comes to see the anime it is boring cuz you pretty much know everything that is gonna happen. NaoKoKi 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2007 Manga, as the anime usually cuts out various scenes or adds in pointless arcs (Naruto and Bleach). If I'm lazy though, I'd just watch the anime versions.
Whiplash 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2007 I really don't mind either way, whichever format the story comes in. If it comes in both then I'll take the form that is either easiest for me to get or tells the story better (i.e., I prefer the anime FMA to the manga FMA). Guest Destiny Angel Report post Posted October 1, 2007 Manga is easier access for me when it comes to downloading. An episode of anime is like 600 MB o.oA complete manga series is tower than that, so I can get more with mangas. And mangas are nice to read anywhere anytime. ZidaneFC 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2007 Yeah, I'm a manga junkie now. I used to be obsessed with anime and then found out that manga's storylines are a lot more involved and the characters get a lot more work put into them than the mostly rushed anime versions so I've been straying away from anime. I still watch it, but usually I seek out a manga version of any anime series I find.

It depends where you get the stuff. Naruto episodes are 150 MB (by Dattebayo) also Digimon is the same. I've also found a site offering DBZ Episodes for 30 MB (.rmvb format) and they had quality.
