Goku can move way faster than the Flash and fly even faster than that. As for blowing gusts, he can simply give off a blase of his Ki which easily sends people flying. Goku wouldn't hide either so that point is invalid. I see nothing in your posts that states anything Superman has that Goku doesn't and then even so there is nothing to suggest their power level is equal or even close to being so.
