Naruto makes his first appearance on a Xbox system with Rise Of A Ninja. The game shipped out yesterday and arrives in stores today! I got the game on Monday however. Its an andventure and a fighting game. There is also online battle which so far for me, there hasn't been lag. There a story mode and fight mode. In the story, you start from the beginning of the Naruto series. Instead of always fighting, you may have to do some running around and missions. For example, when you have to steal the sacred scroll that has the Shadow Clone Jutsu, you have to go get it. So then it takes the platformer style and you'll be jumping and running on building to get to the scroll. Its pretty cool. That about as far as I get there. The fight mode (My favorite of course) is obviously where you pick one of 11 characters and duke it out. Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Kakashi Hatake, Kiba Inuzuka, Neji Hyuga, Zabuza Momochi, Gaara, Rock Lee, Haku, and Orochimaru are the characters you can play as. It has been said that others will be available for download content in the future. The game is $59.99 but is pretty good. IGN's score of this game is 8.4. If you have doubts, just rent it or watch some videos.

Ewww, anime games? Who still play those?

Whats wrong with anime games? They are sometimes better than normal games. For instance the Dragonball fighting games are better than most fighting games - and atleast you know the characters instead of fighting with characters you have no idea about.

With a game it doesn't really matter what it's based on as long as you enjoy playing it and have fun. :)

Cartoon Network currently does not list Naruto in its upcoming schedule. Until last month, the network paired Naruto with a film for its "Action Flicks" block. The latest English-subtitled episodes of the Naruto Shippūden sequel are available from Crunchyroll website, and earlier episodes are being posted weekly to Viz Media's Naruto.com, Crunchyroll, Hulu, Joost, and ANN.

Thank you to Starks and Atlanime for the news tips.
