When you've finished a good anime series how do you feel?

Usually i feel pretty sad, because all of the amazing characters i got used to are now gone. Their is no more to tell of their tales, and it sucks when you feel that way. It's almost like parting with friends.

It depends on how it ends.

For example: Inuyasha how they ended the first one sucked, it had me mad (so I am glad they made a new one)

compared to moon phase: Yes it ended weirdly, but the ending didnt leave me feeling sad or angry at the people who made it..

That is what I think anyway.

Sometimes I feel disappointed like in Buso Renkin's case, because for some reason I just really enjoyed watching that show, and though I know it probably would've gotten stupid (in a bad way) after a while, I was still disappointed because I would watch it and feel happy.

Other series like Wolf's Rain for example left me

depressed, although I think that has to do with the series itself

Such a great show, and then it was gone in what seemed like only a few hours.

Baccano was a show that I'm glad was short, it was an amazing show but couldn't go on past the point it did. They knew where to draw the line which was fantastic. That left me in a good mood.

the last anime i watched was full metal alchemist brotherhood ,which was sooooo good i got so sad when i finished it ,especially in the ending,

i really hate it when a really good anime comes to an end but i hate it when it never finishes.

it depend what anime/manga. for me, i'l feel quite unsatisfied if the ending has an unsuspected twist that just hangs. but im satisfied if it goes the way i hoped it would

if it is a good anime and i like the ending then i feel all happy and good. but there is some animes that are brilliant but the endings piss me off *cou-claymore-gh*

these animes are normally the ones that should get a sequel, but have been made so the ending finishes up a series with so much more potential.

I think that for me it depends on how it ended. If it ended well and I felt that it had a perfect ending I may be a bit sad but I'm also happy that it ended the way that I hoped it would. If it ends sadly, if there is no real ending and it just leaves it open, or if it ends in a way I don't agree with it makes me upset. For example I love Witch Hunter Robin but I absolutely hated the way that it ended.

Sad, like when I finish reading a book, There will be no more about that, on one hand if it had a good end I'll fell good, but on the other hand I am sad because I got attached to characters

I could say I'm sad when it finishes but then again I'm not.....I'm glad I saw it all....so when I finish a GOOD series, I'm happy, no matter the ending, except of course...if it's a stupid ending...then I just get mad....but otherwise it's all good!!!

I feel bummed because it's over...no more...and never will be any more.

But I also feel like I've accomplished something, especially if it was a very long anime!

Usually I would say happy. Things that draw themselves out too long get boring and I lose interest. Generally, the shorter the better. There are a few exceptions (like Blood+) that have managed to keep me interested. The ending to an otherwise good series can also change how I'm feeling. Bad endings irk me.

Happy (or sad) that it's done.

Sad that there's no more.

Happy (or sad, or pissed) that there's an ending (that I either like or hate. )

So it's pretty much a love/hate thing. lol.
