Yeah, it's Haseo from .hack//ROOTS.. It's a fan drawing though, so looks a tad different..

you know something...zZJoennZz's sig has something strange in it...well not strange but odd...it's that red glow right below the render's face.....but I don't really care about it because the rest of it is great...so it got my vote...
