ChoeyXD
The program that Im currently using is going to expire soon does anyone knows a good, light, simple program that can sync audios. I don't mind paying for it, if it's worth it. ;P
Mr. Kimiko
Final Cut Pro. In my opinion is the best if you want to use visual and audio. But sadly it only works on a Mac.

Mr. Kimiko
Audacity? In my opinion Audacity is sh*t but that's just me. It's kind of cheap & it doesn't really have that much options. Edited May 26, 2015 by Mr. Kimiko
ZeroPenguins
^You might say that, but a lot of people do use it. For his case, it's good enough.

Koby
Audacity is what you'll find most anime audio syncers use.
JohnFlower
'Pros' would use paid software, like Audition or Sound Forge. Audacity is good for your average home user, but I still use Audition because that's what I learnt to use.

Hark0n
Sound Forge for me, but all the main features I use for audio syncing are available in Audacity (I think they are). I use this because I like the interface and it seems to run more smoothly on some files (mainly large FLAC).

Mr. Kimiko
Adobe Audition is pretty much a paid software I believe I had to pay for it for school.
d2x
if the source audio is lossless, pretty much any old audio editor (e.g. audacity) can get the job done. if the audio is lossy and/or i want to sync based on video, i use a set of custom scripts in conjunction with avspmod and mkvmerge to achieve frame-perfect sync with little to no quality degradation. i might post a guide for it one day. SchallMann1978
I've been able to sync videos with mismatched audio in Sony Vegas, but the software isn't free. Â In fact, I was synching mismatched audio from a VCD I produced in 2001 through MGI VideoWave 4 (which is terrible, and doesn't compare to actual professional video editing software, like Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere.) by ungrouping the audio and video streams, and sliding the audio streams until the audio matched lip movements. badman
Vegas is great if you NEED to look at the video for reference, but if you're syncing a dub or alternate audio track, all you need to do is line it up (and perhaps cut it up) so it is in sync with the original. This does not require video reference, except for qc.Btw audacity does require a few plugins to import common formats, but once they are added, the software becomes very compatible with most file types.if the audio is lossy and/or i want to sync based on video, i use a set of custom scripts in conjunction with avspmod and mkvmerge to achieve frame-perfect sync with little to no quality degradation. i might post a guide for it one day. d2x
>sync based on video>frame perfectNo.if synchronizing one source with another to the point where every frame matches isn't frame-perfect sync, then i don't know what is.
JohnFlower
I was referencing the fact that syncing with one video track and one audio track may never be 'frame perfect'
