I was just wondering about what order to start watching Gintanama? There seems to be several different series..

 

But most importantly where can I find HQ downloads for this anime?

And bakabt has the first bit as DVD rips then the rest as WEB-HD. So might be a good start there

I watched the 1st 2 episodes of Gintama, but couldn't get into it.  My friend raves about it though.

Oh my goodness, Gintama is absolutely one of my favorite series, ever. Of all time. Either watching the anime or reading the manga really gets me laughing or attention-grabbing majority of the time. It's not just the many, many references it makes. And seeing the latest movie, Be Forever Yorozuya, makes me like Gintama even more.

Gintama, so hilarious and interesting! But only if you don't mind watching or read a long series without main plot. And you need to know a little bit about Japan stuffs to really enjoy the parodies.
