I agree subs are a pain the only reason I have failed to upload anything new is I don't have the time to OCR or retime new subs.

Zero93644, if you ever get to Fate/Zero, make it with lossless English audio. It'd be awesome if you did everything with lossless English audio. Thanks a lot, Zero. By the way, I don't mind the subtitles. Can't imagine anyone wanting dual-audio just to read subtitles.

If I did 1080p video I probably would. But I encode everything at 720p to save hard drive space so I usually re-encode the audio to 640kbps AC3 or keep the Original 448kps AC3. I want dual-audio blu-rays for three reasons.

 

01 My family members only watch the dub 

02 So I can watch the subs

03 I'm learning Japanese so eventually I will be able to watch without subs

Doesn't really equate, but I'm currently re-encoding the JLU release from Somedouches. I've done this before years ago, but didn't know what I was doing. I'm currently correcting that mistake and removing he the horizontal blocks and shrinking the file size to something more storable for me. Still trying to refine settings in handbrake for the best result.
