Ok so I have recently bought several JRPG's for Xbox 360 and PS3 but now I don't know which one to play first? So could you guys please rate these in the order of best to worst and possibly give some reasons why?

Lost Odyssey

Infinite Undiscovery

Enchanted Arms

The Last Remnant

Magna Carta 2

Ar Tonelico Qoga Knell of Ar Ciel

Nier

Any help is appreciated!

Of the list there I've only played Lost Odyssey and The Last Remnant. I'm mainly a PC gamer and only occasionally touch the console stuff. (And played the original Magna Carta, but not the second one. Fair warning though if its anything like the first it isn't friendly.) Ar Tonelico games are extremely easy if you do all side quests. Not played that one, but its the formula of the games in general, do side quests and be OP.

However for both of those games I have played they are going to start out slow. Both are fairly decent, but can be horribly punishing if you don't take advantage of the battle system. That goes double for Lost Odyssey though, it pulls no punches and you *need* to have skills from equipment and followers learned on your immortals.

Boss fights are extremely brutal because status conditions that can be dealt to your party can be crippling (to the point of TPK in Lost Oddyssey as early as the first real boss fight) and absolutely require proper mitigation.

Both games will require some grinding to get an edge (Lost Odyssey more so) but not excessively so if you actually know the battle systems.

The Last Remnant has places you can get in way over you head by going the wrong way and encountering monsters many levels higher than you fairly early in the game. Lost Odyssey doesn't have the same kind of optional get in over your head until the 3rd disc.

Lost Odyssey is an extremely *long* game. The Last Remnant is faster if only in comparison.

I might be able to think of more later but its like midnight and I'm getting sleepy.
