Favorite Voice Actors

I am one of those people that loves to kind of follow certain voice actors around from anime to anime or game to game. I don't many as soon as I hear their voices but when I can recognize the voice it makes me feel good lol. I think voice acting can either make or break an anime series.

So if anyone would like to contribute:

1. Who they like as voice actors?

2. What were some of their favorite roles you heard the voice actor play?

As for me my two probably favorite and who I think are the most distinct voice actors I have heard are Johnny Yong Bosch and Troy Baker.

Johnny Yong Bosch's favorite role I have heard him has got to be Lelouch from Code Geass.

Troy Baker plays more roles on games then roles that I have heard him on animes. I really liked him in Tales of Vesperia as Yuri.

There are plenty of others I like those are just two of my favorites. What about you guys?

I'm a big fan of Yuri Lowenthal (Yosuke from Persona 4, Suzaku from Code Geass, Sasuke from Naruto, etc.), Jamie Marchi (Rinslet from Black Cat, Liz from Soul Eater, etc.), and Vic Mignonga (Edward Elric from FMA, Tamaki Souh from Ouran)

I also like Troy Baker as Excalibur from Soul Eater and JYB as Vash The Stampede from Trigun.

Too be honest like David Said, there are many others and it's hard to pick one.

English:

Johnny Yong Bosch cause he gives his characters bad ass voices...

Brad Swaile who played Light Yagami in Deathnote, (potato chip scene was epic)

Steve Blum - His voices are so wierd, but he's got talent.

Japanese:

Kugimiya Rie - played alot of tsundere characters. Remember Shana? urasai!urasai!urasai!urasai!

Nana Mizuki - also a good voice actor and singer.

Aya Hirano - Who could forget Haruhi Suzumiya?

My all time favorite voice actor is Greg Ayers. I'm not sure that he's acted in any video games, but he has in some of my favorite anime including Black Cat, Chrno Crusade, Gantz, Welcome to the NHK! (Where I first fell in love).

He's also in a lotttt others that I haven't seen but I definitely need to download some. Here's his list:

The late Phil Hartman, the man who played Jiji, the cat, in Hayao Miyazaki's Kiki's Delivery Service. The movie was dedicated to him.

Also, I loved Patrick Steward and Edward James Olmos in Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.

I've also grown really fond of Kate Higgens (Code Geass - C.C.). As well as Brad, Swaile (Death Note - Light Yagami and Gundam 00 - Setsuna F. Seiei). Steven Blum is really great too (Cowboy Bebop - Spike and Ghost In The Shell Standalone Complex - Aoi). All are very good English voice actors.
