Do you watch OP & ED?

i mean yu get a 3 min intro and outro

then the up to 6 min recap

then the next minutes are characters just repeating what theyve already said >.>

 

i do watch them when theyre good and short like space dandy

The first time I watch an episode I'll watch the OP - some of them are fantastic; especially if they're utterly messed up, like Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei's - but I rarely watch EDs...the songs are never as good, and I'm not all that interested in the credits anyway. I'll open a webpage and listen to the song once and, if I like it, I'll get the full version. Thereafter, I'll close the video once the episode is over and skip the ED.

^ have yu seen magical index? oMg i played the first ep ryte?i had planned to "watch" it whilst multitasking on pc but as soon as it started the song was so BOSS i was like O.o WHOA ....i proceeded to watch the entire series ryte then and there xD

I sometimes watch op and ed themes although I get really impatient and just want to skip to the anime. Only the ones I like I will watch continuesly until it ends but thats not much of it.

So true, the Openings and Endings are always spoiling so much. But its always nice to hear and see them a few times, so when you hear them again after a long time they are always reminiscent of a good show

I usually watch them the first time then forget about them for a while. Often times the plot details in them leak out of my head so it doesn't spoil me too bad. The worst one I remember was the 8th Fairy Tail ending which spoiled the big twist at the end of the arc.

I usually always watch the opening unless the song is terrible. Never bothered with the endings though.

Sometimes but not often watch OP's and ED's on certain anime shows like Death-Note, Angel Beats! (love the opening so much!)

I think it's a more authentic viewing if you watch the OP/ED. The quality of those alone can hint at the quality of the series, or at least the soundtrack. The only times i'll skip them are when i really want to know what happens next, or obviously if the song is tiresome.

 

Anime would be a very different genre without its trademark minute-and-a-half openings. It's also interesting to see the localized cut of the OP/ED, for better or worse.

I only watch the OP/ED once (the first time), and continue to skip thereafter. If there is another new opening or ending, then I'll watch it once, then continue to skip for the latter episodes.

It really depends on how good the songs and sequences are, and also on how suspenseful and exiting the Anime is. If I really need to see what happens in the next episode, I'll definitely skip all that junk.

Hmm, i watch them after knowing the abilities/skills and weapons most characters in the anime im watching has(few ep in)so i can guess/be surprised, i do this all the time with shows like fairy tail which changes op/ed alot.

I usually love watching opening and endings. Unless the song is horrible and/or doesn't go well with the anime, and is lacking in synchronization. But usually they're fine and don't spoil anything major (if it all).

 

Same can be said by me.  If the OP and ED isn't good at all. I'll just skip it.

it depends if its good like soul eater or something like with a catchy tune like gundam wing.  Or once in a while when watching a long series I'll watch the OP and/or ED because its different than the one before just to get an idea of whats in store for the next season or so.  I don't think an OP or ED have ever spoiled anything for me, at least nothing major.
