  1. I liked gantz - one of my favourites. I'd pretty much never watch any anime that has come out these past years again 2010-now. Shingeki no Kyojin is an exception - I liked parts of it, but hated the latter episodes. If I wrote it, I could have done so much more with it. @JimDaddy I may not be with you on Gantz, but I'm with you on Naruto. Same with Bleach. I didn't even finish the anime, got so bad for me. Pretty much everyone of those fake cutesy animes I've seen as well. @Tanis I'm with you on that. I closed my eyes whilst I was encoding that. oh yeah... COWBOY BEBOP!!! - never again. I felt violated when I watched that boring piece of cat piss. It's like one of those animes similar to how people who like freeform jazz say people that don't like it don't understand it, so they'll never like it (I do like jazz, but I wanted to use it for this point). Cowboy bebop, man.
  2. For me it's: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood Trigun Rurouni Kenshin Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and DB/DBZ I skim through and watch the parts I like. For the others, I'd sit back and watch it all.
  3. Exactly, don't be scared. Use it, it's just support. I've never really use support for anything. I think now you're aware, you're getting scared. There's always that dodgey guy down the road that could always help if need be.
  4. A place I worked at previously was still using Win XP - I left in Jan, and a week before leaving, they upgraded their machines... to Windows 2003. Come to think about it... 2003 was based off XP.
  5. Yeah, I've heard of them. This would probably start something, but I wouldn't call this either j-rock or alt metal, or a mixture, but I'd say it's some dodgey Euro Power Metal interpretation. *cough* just like a lot of Japanese metal music is a ripoff of European music. The Megitsune song was disgustingly mixed - the drums sound terrible.
  6. Ebook format - do you mean as an .epub? There are many tutorials on YouTube: search: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=pdf%20to%20epub&search_type=&aq=f&oq= Many of the tutorials seems to fall towards Calibre: http://calibre-ebook.com/download A lot of the tutorials are for mac, it seems, but Calibre works on Windows as well.
  7. I only watch the OP/ED once (the first time), and continue to skip thereafter. If there is another new opening or ending, then I'll watch it once, then continue to skip for the latter episodes.
  8. The news feed professa said sounds pretty good. Anyway, I'm a not a big fan of Apple. They're extortionists and they're bastardising the technology industry. Also, re-branding and hashing other people's products - they're only doing better, because of their marketing team. They have rubbish phones, rubbish tablets, and rubbish music players. The only thing they seem to be good at is making computers - they should stick to that.
  9. Not just pixar, everyone seems to love making sequels now-a-days or even pointless reboots. I'm just saying that after watching the dreadful reboot for RoboCop, man it was terrible. I think the most pointless reboot was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - there was no need. As for sequels, it seems like every film wants to make a sequel even if the first film wasn't any good. Anyway, back to Toy Story and Finding Nemo. I still have to say they should leave it be, well Toy Story. Finding Dory seems like the best way to go for a 'sequel' of the other film. At least it doesn't tamper too much with hope.
  10. I don't think there should be another Toy Story. It's ended, doesn't need to come back - it ended on a great note with three great movies. No need for a 4th. unless they want to milk it, because I'm pretty sure it will make a hella lot of money even if it's rubbish. It's like asking for another Back to the Future movie, when there is no point. There may be nostagia, but it was so good that I could supress that nostalgia by just watching the films again. There is some sense in making a sequel to Finding Nemo, which is being made. Finding Dory (2016) - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2277860/ There is more sense for a second nemo, than a 4th toy story.
  11. I want to see The Book Thief - came out Novemeber last year. There's nothing in the cinema coming up or out now that looks good - maybe Non-Stop. Everything else looks hashed, mainly for money not quality.

    Anime: English Dub Vs Sub

I generally go for Japanese. However, if the voice acting is really good and the script isn't too far from the original, then I don't really mind. I really like the dubs for certain animes - Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood Shin Chan - Vitello Ultimate Muscle If I do watch a dubbed anime, i tend to watch it with japanese subtitles as well. There has been some instances where some Japanese animes have terrible voice acting or voices that does not suit the character to me - in that case, I generally watch another version, drop it, or read it.
  13. Mr. Popo all the way. Krillin has his sex appeal though, which definitely gets everyone going.

    Pacific Rim

I agree with you. The show is pretty good - Elba does a great job.
  15. I use both Windows 7 x64 and Mac OS 10.8 (Mountain Lion) - separate computers. I've recently been using my Mac more often though - mostly for work. I do run Windows XP on VMware though.
