dudefromLT
And how I could forget. Way too many series taking off my time. Before the last bunch of shows (or between them; can't remember now) finished "Natsume Yuujinchou Shi". Fourth season of "Natsume". Rather averagely good show. Good as all other previous seasons of "Natsume", but and as all other seasons was lacking... something. Can't say for sure: maybe not enough romantic moments between main hero and some gorgeous lady, maybe story just dragged too long without any climax point. Either way skipped some parts, some parts watched with utmost interest. So 7/10.

atreyuavenged
Peach Girl - Loved the kinda happy ending, but so many annoying characters. There wasn't one character I liked, save for Momo's random no name, non important, side friends. Think I liked this less then even Bokura Ga Ita.Nazo no Kanojo X - Loved this one. b18m24e33
Fractale - weirder than I was expecting but then I usually like the weird anime and this was no exception.
atreyuavenged
Touch - It was alright. IMO, was no where near as good as Cross Game. Probably gonna re-watch Cross Game or H2 now. Really digging Mitsuru Adachi lately.

dudefromLT
Bunch of skipped shows this time as well. Either my interest in anime reduced, either shows I pick up is... bad:a) Kimi to Boku. 2/10. Dropped after couple of episodes and went through skipping process during all other episodes. Just too... weak. Animation was good, though neither characters, neither story were interesting. Well, I kinda felt like watching something yaoi related. It was just... painful. Sengoku Basara. 2/10. MTV has returned. No, really. During my watching time I always was thinking about MTV. Hell knows why. It felt like this was one big music clip. Action, nonsense, empty plot. The only good thing there was...c) Mind Game. 1/10. More "Mind F***" than "Mind Game" if you ask me. Through skipping process I realized some things: animations was bad, characters as well, story... Couldn't get it. Thought as I believe that what happens when you face death. Your mind goes crazy.d) "Kure-nai" OVAs. 3/10. Not related to series, so didn't interest me much. Skipped as well. Though animation and characters were good. Sadly story (or more like random happenings) was just some material for manga fans. As stand alone stuff it was just... boring.e) and some other shows which names I can't remember.
griver_007
I've just completed X tv series recently. Its a very good anime from CLAMP. Superb plot, unforgettable characters, good character design. Its just in the end the protagonist died which is very sad for me.
AxelVIII
Ouran High School Host Club 8/10I enjoyed the storyline alot, but I hated how they ended it. To me, that was just a huge cliffhanger.
dudefromLT
"Yomigaeru Sora–Rescue Wings". Again, big disappointment. At first seemed quite good. So mature and stuff, but... Animation looked descent, characters as well were "portrayed" good enough (I mean their characters). The main problem in this show was story. It just didn't... "grab" me. I was able to watch four episodes before dropping it. Story just wasn't my taste. So only 2/10 from me.
atreyuavenged
Escaflowne - Two turnoffs for me from an other wise great Anime. First the noses!!! Not a big thing, but still blegh! And that ending, so didn't make sense! A side note, loved Merle's saiyu. Even though the majority of what she said consisted of "Van-sama" it was cute nonetheless.Persona 4 - Enjoyed this one a lot! Still not sure why the main character has like a bajillion personas when most people only have 1.H2 - Dropped because I think it was raw. Gonna have to get it again later.Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku o - Incredibly boring. 12 out of the 13 episodes were just recaps on how he met one of the female characters. 6 girls in all. Then on the final episode they part... Fractale - Enjoyed this one as well. Ending kinda confuzzled me, but I guess it was for the best in the end. Only question I have is, how long does the Fractale system generally last? Edited September 20, 2012 by atreyuavenged
dudefromLT
Yet again... boring week. Well, at least my HDD now has more free space to use."Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzuu". I'm to old to watch that kind of show. Though I liked animation, but story and characters were too... not for my age. So had to drop it after first episode."Hell Girl". First season was good. Second and third was bad. Reasons: no English dub (voices were perfect in first season, so it was kinda awkward to read subs and listen to Japanese voices); random stories (it was just too boring to watch each new episode, which didn't have any connection to previous one); characters went downhill (as I recall in first season Enma and her servants were kinda... emotionless (more or less), but in later seasons they become more... human; that kinda saddened me). Dropped after 6 episodes."Umineko no Naku Koro ni". Dropped after first episode. No, and no. Not my cup of coffee (what I'm talking about; I don't drink coffee). Didn't "grab" me. "When they cry" franchise obviously not for me.
atreyuavenged
Major - Enjoyed it thoroughly, A little bit on the long side. Lots of tearjerker moments. Still like Cross Game more as far as Baseball Anime goes.

Jinn3173
wow, i cant understand whats wrong with kimi no boku, its the most normal anime out there that we can all relate to, i loved it. it had a realistic sense of humor that everyone does now and then. reminds me of honey and clover except that as normal as Honey and Clover is it did have its fare share of unusual and down right impossible situations. Morita is just sooooo funny, i think without him HxC would not have been as good as we all find it. but yeah kimi to boku was good, it made me feel good after watching it and i felt really attached to the characters. watching a group of friends doing what we all tend to do when were with our friends. not to mention it has two great soundtracks that just makes it sweet and heartwarming. it was a really good anime that did not need action, horror, crazy art or jokes, impossible scenarios or anything that is out of this world or just plain abnormal. it was a relaxing anime and a good one as well. all the characters were normal and they didnt need any moe, stupid jokes or ecchi crap that you tend to get with other slice of life highschool anime. this is a good anime, FULL STOP.Steins;Gate - TOO GOOD, 10/10. THAT IS ALLeden of the east - a very good anime and a very unique storyline. both movies were just as good with the possibility of a S2 because of the spoiler after the credits.Fate/Zero - as expected by TypeMoon, this anime is just fantastic, soundtracks are epic, but then again any soundtrack done by Yuki Kajiura is epic.Peulla Mahou Shojou Madoka - totally took me by surprise, this is probably one of the most overlooked anime out there because of the name and art designs. soundtrack done by Yuki again, so it will be epic. but the anime shows the dark side to magical girls and not that fluffy kawaii stuff we tend to associate it with.Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 - done by the same guys as eden of the east, this anime is a very good and realistic as well as unique anime that deals with the issue of "what if there was a earthquake of a magnitude of 8.0 on the richter scale" and the aftermath. it does have a bit of supernatural events in it, but dont let that bother you, this is a very sad anime that almost brought me to tears. The animation is good and the design and personality of the characters match they're age and looks.i recommend all the above if people have not watched it, i could recommend other good shows, but im pretty sure you all have seen them not to mention theres a lot out there that are really good and overlooked even by me, so it will take too much time and space if i were to talk about them here now. hope this helps Edited September 25, 2012 by Jinn3173

dudefromLT
So, some new stuff after my last visit:GOOD:"Moyashimon Returns" My expectations were met. Very good show. I liked it from beginning to the end. Well, there were some minuses here and there, but it definitely was worth my time. Though, there was quite noticeable change in animation style, but it was O.K. Not so... "serious" as in first season (more "anime" style), but definitely good art. Story was good as well, especially when more "action" showed up (here I'm talking about trip to France). Though one slight minus goes for "education". There were more explanations about... stuff, than there were in first show. And characters... They were marvelous as always. I liked all of them. So 10/10 from me.BAD:"Accel World". Expectations were crushed after five episodes (or so). I was greatly disappointed by this show. Skipped entirely. Main minus goes for main character: too fat. Not visually attractive. And that I disliked. In anime main hero must be perfect (well, at least his looks). He was like Eric Cartman from "South Park". Well, at least that was funny as hell, but this one... real whimp... Well, though he matured over time, but that "mature" behavior was kinda... unreal. Not convincing at all. And beautiful, gorgeous lady fell in love with him? Oh, dear. That is so... lame. Even if they say that love never chooses (or something like that) this was too much. That scene when (what was her name?) she confessed loving him was so... stupid, so unrealistic. I just couldn't watch it seriously. Too lame. And when our main hero started to lecture others? He was such a wuss, but later on he become like true "hero" from fairytale. "I will protect her!", "I will never betray her", "You must not give up" and so on. Couldn't take that moments seriously. And scene when he got all angry (can't recall which episode it was). Piggy unleashed all his anger. Man, that was... stupid.Well, despite that all big minus, which screwed up entire show there were couple of good moments: avatar designs, fighting scenes, story itself. Well, the main plus goes for:And with "angel" expressions like that:how you could not love her? She is perfect in all ways!Sadly that creators decided to go with "experimental" dude as main protagonist of the series. Because of that I can only give it 2/10 at best. Well, liked first episodes at least.
