Tanis Posted September 26, 2014 Report Share Posted September 26, 2014 (edited) I modded the hell out of FF8 for PC.Looks, and sounds, a LOT better than the original PC port or the original PS1 version. There's the option to only replace the MIDI with the PS1 music, or you can replace the songs with various stuff from The Black Mages and other 'official', better sounding, remakes.The peep(s) behind it went though a LOT of trouble to replace all the loops all proper like.Fucking.Fantastic.Even got the GCI stuff replace with BETTER looking versions.Plus two graphical upgrades.One that smooths out/fixes the majority of character and static world models.Plus another that fixes stuff like the text, Triple Triad, and the pictures for most of the stuff.
