It's probably the best free option for a windows PC because it's most compatible with your OS and it's detection rates are on-par with the other free stuff out there. Anon316 Posted January 2, 2012 Report Share Posted January 2, 2012 I used to use Norton back in the days, then I tried out AVG as it was free and I liked the layout of it, but now I am currently using McAfee and so far it has served me well, though I may experiment with others in the future, I will stick with McAfee for now!!!
