Although 500x500 is the max allowed for an image, yours was just a bit too big leki, it honestly looked huge! try to keep them on the smaller side of 500x500 and not right on 500x500 >.>

Please use the following when making a request:

They don't have to be exactly like this, but something similar. We don't accept difficult and hard request with impossible cutouts, etc. Animations are allowed depending on the graphic designer's ability. And remember when requesting that the designers do have life's and may not be able to get to your request right away. And they are human and may over look the request. Give it a week or two.
