As they have to come up with themes now, but it's not necessarily the theme they'd want to do when the time comes. Then it comes to the amount of forum members vs. the amount of winners. Sure not everyone does GFX but at the same time a lot of people filling this out or those who'll fill this out in the future may never win a GFX competition or participate often enough to win. What I'm trying to get at is honestly, I'm not much of a fan of this idea as I feel it limits the designers ideals.Also I know there is literally billions of possible ideas for themes and by not allowing themes to be reused forces people to choose new and different themes as time progresses, though a lot of times I know myself would like to take part in past themes again either because I missed the theme the first time around or simply like the theme a lot. Though I guess we could always just do normal signature battles for cases like that anyhow but no one ever participates in any GFX competitions except SOTW anymore. A lot of times, the winners of the competition don't get back to us until late in the week, then it's too late to start a competition for that week. I am going to keep the used themes updated from now on though, so PLEASE check here before submitting a theme to the team member in charge of the competition.By the way, thanks Apollo, for keeping it updated.
