Top Ten Action Anime

First off i think this would both be a good discussion as well as a little insight to help people out and to see what people like.

As for my top ten ill list them below and yes they do go in order of the ten i think are best.

1. Dragonball Z

2. Yu Yu Hakusho

3. FMA

4. Tenjou Tenge ((I know its short but i love it))

5. Gundam Seed ((Good actio n and good story))

6. Bleach ((I love Bleach to death but the ones above i like a lot more))

7. Samurai Champloo ((Good Music and story))

8. Naruto Shippudan ((Yes the second season/series is by itself its action is a lot more i guess stylistic then the first season/series))

9. Samurai Jack ((Argue this with me if you want but i put it in the same catagorey as anime))

10. Naruto ((I usually watch the first when i can find nothing else))

I think these are all considered action,

01. Dragonball Z (Best anime ever, great action)

02. Bleach (i rate bleach higher, i love the story and the fight scenes)

03. Eureka 7 (Eureka 7 is amazing and has some great mecha action)

04. One Piece (great story, and action to back it up)

05. Naruto Shippuden (the fight with Garra at the beginning of the series is excellent)

06. Black Lagoon (Just Loved this series)

07. Witchblade (More great action)

08. Samurai Champloo (agreed good music, story and Mugen is awesome, lol)

09. Full Metal Panic (I've not watched any of alchemist in panic the action is good)

10. Tokko (Bloody and full of great deaths)

I gave some reasons but some of them are kind of lame as i ran out of ideas to say i think it has good action, i don't know what Samurai Jack is so i cant argue with you about putting it in your list

what can I say about dragon ball kai. it's huge, it's HD, it's the best.

kai is kai I wonder if they could make the movies of dragon ball kai as well.

Ok if you ask me the top ten Anime. I consider action as a priority.

Bleach has action.

Naruto Shippuden has drama and action.

Full metal alchemist brother has fantasy, drama, action.

For me it depends. Best anime with action or top ten action anime, they can mean diffrent things. For me I would have to go with.

1.Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann- Just who do you think we are. That's how team Diegurren roles!

2. Ghost in the shell. This show not only delivered in the weapons department but the characters always seemed to have better motivation then most animes. This really helped draw me into the action sequences.

3.Kuras. The plot was a little goofy but the action was always loud and great to watch.

4.Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls. For one of those artistic newbies this show had some great action sequences.

5. Gundam, threw out the whole show they had some excellent battle scenes.

6. Macross. This one ended up lower on the list due to the fact only half the show is action. But for its latest high end efforts it gets a B+ overall.

7. Eureka Seven. How should I put this. Sky surfing rocks.

8. Full metal panic. This show had some pretty well done action scenes. They were strait forward enough making it a easy to keep up but not bogged down.

9. Vandread got a nine. Why? Despite having descent action sequences and in great number. They were usually a big meesh mosh of chaos.

10. Photon the idiot adventures. Okay this might seem weird, for only a six episode show and having one of the strangest plots and characters the show had vary well done action scenes.

Note I did my best to rate these animes base only on action sequences alone.

What the ****!! Among the animes you mentioned here only Naruto and Fullmetal Alchemist have the genre "Action". And LOL, Winx Club ain't even an anime. You might want to change this list of yours.
