Well this poll is incredibly biased lol

But I do prefer Media Player Classic with K-Lite (my computer doesn't like CCCP. I guess their way of reading h264 requires more ram or a better processor or who knows what lol). Or better yet, if it's a hardsubbed video or has English audio, the PS3 is the better player :]

I have just switch to Daum PotPlayer.

Haven't heard of it? Well, its developed by the same chap who did KM Player.

You will have to get the english version here:-

Note the auto update or those on other sites are the Korean version.

I second that best one so far, revived KMPlayer, updates come in at steady paste and the settings are a bit more user-friendly (less confusion :confuse: ), plus to top it all off better performance then KMP

I don't het why everybody says Quicktime is bad/evil. First of all, I use a Mac so it comes already with the computer, and after you install a little plug-in called perian, you can watch pretty much every video codec with it, including MKV and other HD videos in real HD, not like the crappy VLC

I use VLC so when I saw this "Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (MPC-HC) *best for everything*" I was ok lets try that. so I installed it and to tell you the truth I don't see the difference I tried it on my Ghost in the shell (1080p) files and I really don't see it the real full HD experince. :/

Depends on what codec you use, did you use CCCP or klite? Try madVR with MPC-HC.
