acchi kocchi. 13 episodes finished and i think the manga is not going i haven't checked and i hope they have a season 2.

uta no prince sama. 13 episodes finished not sure if theres a season 2 and the manga not sure too.

tonari no kaibutsu kun. theres 13 episodes and still not finished and manga still going.

Earl and Fairy. i think it has 12 episodes and its finished.

skip a beat and theres like 25 episodes and manga is still going.

special A and its like 21 episodes or something like that. finished.

ef is an epic romance. It's also gorgeous.

Bakemonagatari which is also done by Shaft is excellent.

If you want something sweet and funny I recommend School Rumble.

try watching please teacher it has a great story its kinda sad at some points but its a good romance anime after all.
