He has eternal mangekyo sharingan/rinnegan/wood release style jutsu/ all the abilities itachi seemed to have all without any risk because he is resurrected.Tobi might have six paths but this other worldly Madra is the original and pumped up with some major jutsu. As he is now; he is far stronger then he ever was alive and as he is resurrected probably stronger then all of his foes that he could not beat before at their prime. As a resurrected form, Madara has a huge weakness and that is sealing jutsu. If only Tobi damages Madara only once then he will be able to seal him. But Most of Madara's jutsu wouldn't work because Tobi has the ghostly jutsu or what its called. Again, both the Eternal Mangekyou and Wood release techniques can be defeated by the rinnegan and the six paths. So it would be a battle between Rinnegan vs. Rinnegan. Madara had some abilities that Tobi doesn't have (despite the fact that it goes for Tobi too - he's got some pretty good jutsu's too) and well he's younger! MADARA FTW! Just how many can he drop?? Let's put it this way. Madara possesses the Sharingan, the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, and if that wasn't enough, he even has the Rinnegan. Tobi's been seen only with the Sharingan and now he has one sharingan and one Rinnegan. I can't see Tobi winning against Madara unless he's got something else up his sleeve...
