My mom bought me a goldfish and my brother a betta fish, and come to find out, you can't keep them in the same tank because bettas are aggressive. So my mom put the betta into a separate bowl. At some point during the night, it jumped out of the bowl and died on the kitchen counter. We didn't even have that fish for 24 hours. EDIT: Also, because I haven't posted here in a while... They are horrible about not telling people which fish can't be kept together. I had a similar story when I bought my first puffer from there. Bought some neon tetras to go with it and the lady swore they would get along great. My pets, at it is now, Two dogs (Pomeranian, German Shepard) and a cat (Siamese-cross something?). There was a time where I had two Pomeranians, a Shetland sheepdog, that cat (he's getting old now), and the two Pomeranians had puppies, so I was housing 7dogs and a cat. Aah... Those were the days. //////////// What is life? After searching my computer, I can hardly find any pictures!!? - I found some of Kovu (German Shepard). Gertie doesn't sit with me except at night to sleep behind my knees. Willis does sometimes, and he'll get up on my desk and wave his butt in my face. Yeah...is we don't give them those three...its definitely scary. LOL They've come and wake us up by sitting on our faces if we getting lax on anything. LOL Nothing like waking up to fur. I don't hate dogs like MInk so. I'm afraid of them for the most part. Which is funny because I'm not afraid of wolfs...even thou they are much larger. Pinkie Pie Posted May 7, 2013 Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 @breathless: riley's a fluffy motherfucker. perfect for hugging omg all of this cat talk reminds me of the cat i had a couple years ago. her name was queenie and she always wanted my attention o uo she was fluffy and white with some grey splotches and was pretty small. she was probably the runt of the litter since she never grew much bigger than kitten size, now that i think about it.she used to sleep on my bed or lay directly on whatever i was doing and she used to go to bed with me and slept on my back. i miss her ;n ;/ as far as i know, she's with a little girl in tennessee. she wouldn't have lasted long here with shadow since he tries to eat all of the cats. I can't tell if Willis is racist or just doesn't like our neighbour in particular, because when I have the patio door open for them, he sits at the edge and growls whenever the neighbour is outside on their patio. What a brat. Omg, this is hella late but I totally thought those were sunglasses too. I was like, "Daaaaamn gurl" until I saw Pinkie's post. I heard somewhere that dog's tend to have the same personality as there owner, if that's true then I must be crazier than I think. I don't live with her anymore but, she still lives with my parents and remembers me every time I come home. She's a mix between a chow and a rot and is very loyal but, likes to play stupid. She's the really shy type...I personally donot like small dogs, they're barely huggable and you have to watch where you step. I always wanted to have a Siberian Husky as my companion, but currently living in a small apartment ;_;. I wanna name em Rowan! My boyfriend and I found and adopted a lost cat with no microchip and he's currently taking most care of her, I have allergies. I do come over often and I bring my dog and those two love to play with each other. It sucks being allergic to cats though ;_;, they're so cute and crazy. seirachan Posted August 5, 2013 Report Share Posted August 5, 2013 (edited) I still got my kitty Tyrone after 2 years, and just one of my fish.Here is Tyrone just being a cat. He is really well behaved besides jumping on the table and going crazy with licking. He wont jump on the counters, never chewed on wires, always runs when you call him on something bad instead of keeps doing it. I kinda want a dog someday because cats just aren't smart enough to understand sadness, but I just don't have time to give a dog attention.
