Usually we see thing that we've gone through in our daily. It is highly possible that nearly everyone that watches Anime might see those things in their dreams. But humans dreams close to 100 minutes per night that is the reason we have difficulty remembering our dreams. So there is high chance that you might not remember that you had seen an anime character in your dream. Btw I never saw any character in my dream.
