I have lots of favourites, it would probably be Orihime out of Bleach. But it sort of borderlines with Sakura out of Naruto...I can't decide! They're both awesome, with awesome abilities and characters!!!

Mine has to be Lucy/Nyu. Powerful, destructive, ruthless yet able to empathise, and love... oh, and Nyu's cute! She also happens to be very attractive, and appears naked quite a bit.

I like a lot of the Gainax girls actually, just realized this. They know how to characterize strong women. I like that.
