Nameless Posted April 18, 2011 Report Share Posted April 18, 2011 Naruto the original series was very lively even the fillers so funny that one would shit his pants laughing at them but Naruto Shippuden is much more matured and those funny & lively episodes that anyone could enjoy are found less . Naruto in the original series, most of the time he messed up a lot of things cause he was young and didn't think with his brain. In Shippuden Naruto has shown to keep his cool and think rationally . Naruto has become matured and battle-harden in Naruto Shippuden . Thats Why I Prefer Naruto Shippuden Over Naruto the original series . danester Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 I've got to go with shippuden. why? well because naruto was great but the major climax was essentially sasuke running away... after that it was still good but around ep 140 or so it was pretty much just naruto going of to do ninja missions with different squads... after about 40 eps of this you know a) that the climax will always be on an ep # which is a multiple of 5 and that nothing's really going to change this cycle except A) catching the bug that they could've used to follow sasuke and naruto leaving the village... which he did to trigger the end of naruto.... by the way in my oppinion shippuden is funnier.... Shippuden couldn't have all the action if it weren't for the slow parts of original Naruto--it makes the story much richer to have flashbacks giving the battles added significance. Like did you really think sasuke would be the evil guy and wanted to kill everyone ?? Like really REALLY ?? but imo, naruto shippuden has to better just because naruto does more stuff, he has more battles, has more techniques and is still the Number #1 surprising ninja .. .. The battles are more intense, the jutsu more advanced, the characters more developed and the plot-line more detailed. I haven't been gripped by any anime the way I'm hooked onto Shippuuden.
