5 Centimeters Per Second ADV dub vs Bang Zoom Dub

Could anyone tell me which is the best dub for Makoto Shinkai's 5 Centimeters Per Second (Byousoku 5 Centimeter)

 

I read there are two dubs for it, the old one by ADV and a more recent one by Bang Zoom for crunchyroll.

 

Also if anyone could direct me to the best release available for which ever is the best one it would be great.
