you could also have simply edited your first post ^^;

Elsch thinks that terrorism is a term too commonly used by the United States government to invoke fear in it's citizens. they use the word to turn their citizens against a certain group of people. If we would just get out of everyone else's business and leave their countries alone, then perhaps we wouldn't be so disliked? I don't know much about the world at all, actually, but it's a feeling that I have.

the united states thinks "oh we are perfectly innocent and do no wrong." if anything, the united states are terrorists for what they are doing over in the east. people around the world are just trying to live their lives, but it's like we have them on surveillance camera constantly.

I understand the need to keep our own country safe, but a lot of the time, we act on the idea of "they MIGHT be hiding weapons". then poof. we're sending troops to that country left and right without even confirming anything.

I think instead of being paranoid and pointing a gun at any country we think even breathes the wrong way, we should be trying to improve relations with foreign countries.

this is just Elsch's thoughts.

I've had a hunch that maybe 9-11 was possibly done by the Government and not Iraq. I mean it was a perfect setup to allow the government to invade over in the East and do what they wanted to do. But meh no one could ever prove it anyways. I really don't think there is as many Terrorists as they try to make it out to be.

I thought the same thing, it was all too convenient. They just needed a good Casus belli so they could manipulate the people into war. And it was never Iraq, it was Afghanistan.

I was always thinking that this was done by the American government,well you know i can let you in on something.I am a Muslim,yeah that's right i didn't tell you before because i wanted honest opinions over here.the thing is that im sick and tired of people who call Muslims terrorist take,Pakistan for example I heard that they actually bombed a mosque and according to me that is not a true Muslim,but at moments when bad things happen i question myself "where is god when these things happen".i want you guys to go to you tube or Google and type Afia sidiqui in the search bar(not sure about the spelling)and i want you guys to reflect on what happened to this poor woman and how she looked 5 years ago and how she looks now.you know,people ask me that how is my wife going to look if she wore that cloth over her face all the time well let me tell you guys that,the cloth is also extremism.if you guys get a chance you should watch the movie ''My name is Khan" its an Indian movie though so you might have to stick to watching subtitles i never watched the movie myself but i heard it enraged lots of Americans into questioning "what the movie is trying to prove" also i heard that the movie was a big blockbuster at the movie theaters.you guys should try to get hold of it though as it braces the point of terrorism quite daringly as sources tell me.here is the link if you guys want to see the trailer of the movie.

All I'm going to say on the subject, is that terrorism works. The idea is to scare people, or kill people. Either way, it works. We're either scared into suspecting everyone, or let it slide and they kill people. Really, it's dividing us up the United States and the United Kingdom. It's like the red scare in the US, we suspect everyone and therefore break the unity of the nation by doubting each other.

Terrorism will work either way.

death and fear is only a by-product of terrorism it's true intention is to make the foundation of the system that is view as invincible to vulnerable...just think of 9-11 everybody thought no one would mess with the U.S. cause every country in the world thought the U.S. was invincible in terms of security...but they were wrong...in the end the people responsible for 9-11 got a can of whoopass from the U.S.

At what cost though? The trust and respect of other allied nations? People thinking the US is an ignorant country that thinks it can police the world? They still have yet to catch Bin Laden.

The US is in huge debt, and a lot of its allied nations view on it has deteriorated. People are afraid of Muslims, and are weary of all kinds of shit now. Clearly, terrorism has shaken the "invincible" system, so clearly it's working. Everything the US does now is to try and stop terrorism.

yes, everyone is fighting terrorism, but the scary part is that terrorism in the opinion of 1 is patriotism in the opinion of another! At least in some cases, not counting bin laden, as he is supposedly doing this for his religion, which is total BS. And as long as the government agencies perform hits in other countries, which could by some be considered terrorism, it will be difficult to get rid of it...Regrettably there are always those that think they can use terrorism to achieve what they want, without considering the cost and there is NO justification whatsoever for it, as in all cases the innocent are the ones that suffer!!!

The question we must ask is why. Why is america the major target, while others that the media doesnt state are also targeted. What could be the point of it. I have to say it for power, what else could the reasons be. Throughout history man has done worse things and the act of terrorism is just another way to do ones dirty work. But what do i know.......

According to what I heard this other guy came into the picture and they called him the so-called "BIN LADEN HUNTER".He went back at failing at his job and everyone made fun of him saying the failed trio include Obama,Bush And that guy.WTF if there is no Osama how the hell do you plan on capturing him.When India faced it's 26/11,Jaaved Jafri said "Terrorism has no religion".
