I made it but don't know how to remove the transparency

 

 

all you need to add is a layer mask and you'll get the transparency effect.

This should help if you're using Photoshop:

• Merge all of your layers by right-clicking the bottom layer and selecting 'flatten image'
• Add a layer mask (the icon is on the bottom of the layers window and looks like a circle inside of a rectangle)
• Use the gradient tool, with colors white to black, and make a gradient left to right where you want the transparency

Let me know if something doesn't make sense, I'm trying to do this from memory. :S
