I am looking for an anime just like or similar to the anime spice and wolf or k-on and lucky star something light-hearted or something to laugh at or a bit romance y just fell like having a change from most of the normal anime i watch.

On the more comedic end I'd recommend:

Though I think that Bamboo Blade is exactly what you want to see. It's like if Lucky Star was about kendo and had a plot.
