I'm new here and wondering if anyone has any suggestions for weird anime anything along the lines of Dead Leaves, Queens Blade or Desert Punk?

Queens Blade like animes are easy, just take your pick in the vast sea of ecchi filled anime, like Grenadier. As for ones like Desert Punk, anything by Gainax should do the trick, so try something like Panty and Stocking With Garterbelt or Black Lagoon. PSG, Gurren Lagann, and FLCL should do it for Dead Leaves type anime. So enjoy

It doesn't look like Golden Boy has been mentioned here yet, and that would be somewhat in line with Desert Punk.
