Maybe I'll call Spike from Cowboy Bebop or Kenichi from History's Strongest Disciple to fend off a street side attack. He was dead before the start of the series and is only alive because Kabuto resurrected him, but I wouldn't really consider what he is... 'to be alive' either though. I assume you are still under the false impression that Tobi is Madara but that cannot be possible as Kabuto resurrected him which means his Soul would have had to be in the afterlife.
