† Ferocia Coutura
So, I just finished having a very bloody 30 minute nosebleed. It was not very fun. I've had at least one or two nosebleeds every week pretty much since I was nine. They ar not always bad, some lasting two or three minutes. One time, though, it lasted an hour and fifteen minutes. It sucked ASS!!!!So, anyone else has annoying problems that they kinda just deal with?

† Mute point
My only ongoing issue is the same one I've been dealing with since I was little. Not being able to talk sucked when I was little, and when I was starting to date. It's not so bad now.

But it's frequency has gone very down nowadays, earlier I used to have them 2-3 times a week. If I have an headache I always have to take some medicine or other or else it does not subside. Either can contribute to chronic headaches. If neither of these, you may have an issue with chronic dry eyes, they can also cause headaches. If none of these, if you haven't, go see a doctor. ZeroPenguins
Well other than being allergic to some medications I'm pretty much fine. But I used to have a lot of blood nose but after I started using nasal spray it stopped.

My mom also gets these kind of headaches, so I think it runs in the family. I got severe case of anemia though, I think that might be cause of the problem. Maybe my brain does not get good supply of oxygen. I've started pranayama recently, which has lowered the frequency of my problem.

Usually if I start getting headaches that won't go away I start drinking a lot of water and it helps.

Actually I've tried every other trick I found on the net (other than having medicines), but pranayama has helped me the most.

lemmingllama
I have year round sinusitus. So its like always having a cold that medication cant help and the only real way to tone it down is to put a saline solution in a pot and then pouring water in one nostrel and out the other. Gross, but it helps a bit

If I'm prying, I apologize.Extremely rare birth defect that none of my doctors have been able to agree on the exact cause of. Sometimes it's that the nerve that normally sends signals to the voice box is missing, sometimes it's that it just doesn't work. Others have suggested it's a problem with the vocal cords rather than the brain. I've gotten to the point where I just don't care about what the next theory would be.
