So the sharigan comes from the Rinnegan, and it evolves into the rinnegan? Wouldnt it be a de-evolution and therefore you would actually be losing? So evolution is normally that something that doesnt work is phased out for something that does work. Therefore, the Rinnegan must be worse than the Sharingan since its further up on the evolutionary ladder.
