I don't know how true to the comics it is as I have never read them, but I like the x men movies, they are better than most of the comic book adaptions they are churning out. I really like how they handle the friendship between Prof. X and Magneto, and it the Wolverine cameo was just hilarious. Though the movie could of done better staying more true to the comic origins. I know that they are not trying to go with the comic books, but I dislike it when they are claiming to give back-story on the characters, yet it they have no basis. First Class was a little better than Origins in that regard, but I was still shaking my head through half the movie. Compared to the first X-Men movie, where they pretty much made up a new story and threw the characters together in a way that didn't conflict with the comics, it is a pretty big step down. I own X-MEN 1, 2, and 3 on dvd and X-MEN Origins: Wolverine on Blu-ray and I will be buying First Class on Blu-ray when it becomes cheap enough.
