The first manga that I completed was Onani Master Kurosawa. I know, just given the name it sounds like a hentai but it actually has a complex and emotional story that is kind of similar to Toradora or Welcome to the NHK. Shade_13 Posted December 28, 2011 Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 It was Naruto, after i had watched 135 episodes of anime. I liked the fact that manga was much less time-consuming. Naruto had been going on for quite some time before i started so i had a lot of chapters. Eventually i caught up and found it inconvenient to wait for a whole week just to advance in plot a little, so i stopped reading. The day Naruto ends i'll read the rest (unless by the time it happens i'll be indifferent to that). Trying not to get spoiled in the meantime. None of them reached an ending yet Just my luck to be killed by anticipation. SPK1980 Posted December 28, 2011 Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 I have to say i was a late starter beisdes watching DBZ and Naruto dubbed my real first anime in Jap with subs was Bleach and was also the first magna i read and even then there was already 100+ eps out by then in Jap so very late to the game...
