those are called "Signatures".

you can edit them in your "User CP"

more detailed - you should upload the picture you want somewhere, for instance to Photobucket. Note that the pic shouldn't be too big, otherwise it will be removed by moderators. After you have uploaded the pic, you get a link to it. then you edit your signature from User CP, like Iki said, putting the following text there.

I guess 500x200 is the limit, depends upon the size also, under 500kbs is good, your present sig is too large, but size wise, its small, ask Supermods or Admin.
