comp is fixed now all I need to do is learn a video editor I have never used or seen in action before, choose an anime and A song (from 20 gigs of unorganized music) appropriate to a difficult theme (difficult for me anyway), aaaand a last minute skim through each episode of the chosen anime('s) for appropriate image, video or text appropriate and fitting to the song all within a couple of days... no worries

though I am lucky I live ahead of timeline the UK is in, if my brain is working correctly I'll have a few extra hours to work on it

you could spend weeks trying to make a good AMV and then someone comes along and trumps it with one he made in 2 hours.
