Entries may be edited as often as needed until midnight the day before the closing of the competition.-Banners can be in GIF, JPG, JPEG or PNG format.-Banners must be the following size: 1020x160 pixels.-You cannot submit the same banner twice. This includes redoing a previously submitted entry.-You must use image and spoiler tags: [/ spoiler]-No Borders.-You may not vote for yourself.-No nudity or pornography.-No spam.-Have fun and be creative. Your skills improve with every composition.-No matter the outcome of the poll, Koby will have the final say because this is his site.Special Notes:-Any staff member can stop or close the TOTM.-All staff and members are allowed to participate.-All questions about or concerning the Graphical Division will go to the GFX Team. I'll remove the banner rotation for the month and have the winning banner shown only. Or maybe do a rotation of the top 2 Halloween banners? idk.. any thoughts?
