[Help] How to recognize a FlixGrab+ rip from a real Netflix Rip

Does anybody know how can I tell if a release is in fact, a real untouched Netflix rip or a re-encoded FlixGrab+ rip.

For example, this release of, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas":

(I actually don't know from where this was ripped, neither the post where I found it say it, but what makes me think it's in fact from Netflix, is the 3 "ReFrames", and because the subtitles at the end of the film, said this:
"Subtitles downloaded with 'Netflix subtitle downloader' UserScript by Tithen-Firion.", so I assumed the movie was actually ripped from Netflix, because of those things).

So, my question is: Is this a FlixGrab+ or an untouched Netflix rip? What else can I do to know once and for all?

One thing that makes me doubt it's an untouched rip, is that it has a Constant Bitrate, and to my knowledge Netflix uses Variable Bitrate for their videos, also, the audio is 384 kb/s and I though Netflix now uses 640 kb/s for 5.1 or Atmos, (which in this case, doesn't apply).

I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

This can be easily solved by comparing with another video taken from netflix and that you are sure that it was taken from there. Now speaking of the script, they must have extract the subtitles with that script, since it is used to extract subtitles of netflix.
You can also use flixgrab and try to download a netflix video and compare the specifications of the video you download.
I would say that it may be a synchronization of the audio of netflix and the subtitles with a video downloaded from a torrent, although I am not sure, I hope I have helped you.

UPDATE: Now I'm sure it's a Netflix rip, as this release has more image both up and down (1.78:1 aspect ratio), and Netflix uses the same version (already checked it up myself). And this 1.78:1 version isn't available anywhere else in HD, because the Blu-ray and iTunes versions have the original ratio with a little less picture up and down (1.85:1 aspect ratio), anyway, the question remains. Is it an untouched rip? Or it isn't?

The 384kbps audio shouldn't be taken in considerancy since not everyone can rip it, You need to have the newest plan to be able to.

The subs, on the other hand, could be an indicator. A netflix rip should include all the subtitles available, but for this one to have subs extracted by another source, then it could mean that it was ripped with FlixGrab.

Thanks @Dexter1998, I didn't know about the newest plan thing for the audio, it's nice to know.

Regarding the subs, I downloaded FlixGrab+, (I even tried to rip the movie with it, and compare the resulting file with this release, but I got a video parsing error), and the program has an option for selecting subs available with the movie from Netflix, that proves they too, can download subs from movies, so I think the subs can't be taken as indicators either
