[Anime] Need an Awesome Anime Recommendation

Hey guys,

I need an awesome anime recommendation from you guys. I like to watch animes which are good and have a great plot. I have watched and loved animes like Death Note, Code Geass, Hajime no Ippo, Hikaru no Go, Full Meatl Panic, Onizuka, Swoard Art and Eden of the East to name a few. These are the type of animes I like. I did not enjoy animes like Bleach and Naruto etc.

I'd prefer Eng dub but if the amime is really good then I wouln't mind subbed and I'd prefer newer animes but it's not a necesaty. Plz guys suggest a couple as I was unable find anything good on my own.

From the top of my head ima name a few that would seem to suit your descriptions all are eng dubbed

Darker Than Black, Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom, Trinity Blood, Gundam 00, Samurai Champloo

Agree with waht Moppot said, Darker then Black should suit you

I'll second the Samurai Champloo recommendation and also bring Ergo Proxy to the table. It has about the same number of episodes as Samurai Champloo (23 to SC's 26) but is a touch darker and more serious. I'm not sure if you won't find it a little heavy-handed (I did), but if you're not into shonen stuff, give it a try.

code geass is amazing great story, great characters its one of my favorites and is just awesome there is a total of 50 episodes 2 seasons hope you haven't already seen it. hope this helps

franko, he said he already watched Code Geass. I don't know if that includes the second season, but I'm certain that if he didn't, he's already aware of it.

Thanks for your replies guys, i've watched Code Geass (both seasons). I saw a couple of ep of Durrarra. I only saw one ep of Darker than Black and then I forgot abt it, i'd start that anime again. I'd try other animes listed as well.
