GuyUWishUWere
so, what did you guys think of that last battle scene?Zack taking on that giant horde of SOLDIER infantry. Much better than the assumed ending of Last Order in which he was picked off by a damn sniper, eh?Definitely, Fighting that hopeless battle with Zack's memories flashing before my eyes really sold that scene. Just wish the the shinra trooper hadn't shot Zack full-auto in the head... he has to give his last wishes to Cloud way to yank me out of the experience! sese
It made me sad all over again. I know everyone can't live but the main character always gets to me.

Zemekis
I quite enjoyed Crisis Core, but never felt an urge to replay it. I would have done so if Reunion contained new story content. Since it's a glorified Remaster (or maybe not even glorified?) I don't need to double-dip on this one. Good game though! Good, not great. Decent fun for FF7 fans. Decent fun for FF7 fans. I had only played maybe 30 minutes of the PSP version via an emulator, so was very much looking forward to the Remaster when it came out and I ended up buying and playing it day one. It was alright. There was entirely way too many sidequests though and doing them completely break the main story combat as you're extremely overpowered by then. 300 missions is ridiculous... but what makes it worse is they all play out exactly the same way and all enemies pop up in the exact same fashion. It becomes extremely monotonous very quickly. If you only do the main story then it's probably fine... but I'd never suffer through those 300 missions again. I feel the same way. the actual meat of the game ranges from 'decent' to 'above average' in my book. The side content is entirely too much for a spinoff game. I will give the game high marks for the Nibelheim side quests however. Solving those mysteries around town regarding supernatural occurrences in such a foreboding location (knowing what will transpire there in short order) was a memorable part of the game.
