But to keep it more balanced, maybe he could only use it so often or he would burn up because of the excessive spiritual pressure? Nothing fancy, just something that exerts brute strength. It protect's his body from damage like an exoskeleton and this would make Zaraki crazy because he is a masochist. Or something skeleton or skull related because there have been multiple times in the show/manga that shows them while he's fighting.
