If he wasn't ridden with disease he would be- and I quote from Black Zetsu- "invicible" because he has Amaterasu and Susanoo combined with two spirit weapons, the Totsuka Blade (which seals away anything it pierces in a genjutsu world of drunken stupor for all eternity) and the Yata Mirror (which deflects all things).
