I like Namine, but there exists an incredibly annoying cult of Namine fangirls/Kairi bashers online (they mainly lurk in that cesspit that is KHInsider Forums...*shudder*) that have made me sick of people saying how much better Namine is than Kairi.My reasoning behind liking Kairi better is simple: she's a present focus in the KH games that actually matter: KH, KH2, and BBS. I'm sorry, but I found COM, 358/2 Days, and Coded, all where Namine has her large role in, annoying diversions. I fail to see how she has such a "stronger role" than Kairi (as it's been claimed) when the games she chiefly participate in are, well, filler. As for Kairi, her only flaw is that she could stand to have better character development. Otherwise, she does not at all deserve the bashing she gets from rabid fangirls online. She's nice, pretty, and firm-willed (and c'mon, she only becomes a damsel in distress twice. That's faaaar from as bad as it could be.)
