To be honest I have no Idea who made it.

Nevertheless' date=' I voted for it because it stood out more and showed

fantastic effort and depth.[/color']

That one honestly is one of the most obvious ones at least to me, probably because I've gotten use to the designer using that style for a lot of their works.

Black and white with a ToC on the glasses. Not perfect, but the problems are miniscule. Follows the basics, and pretty much gets my vote.

BURNTHEPRIEST told me he wanted Street Fighter 4, so I'm assuming it's just that one. I suppose he could change it to the whole series if he wants to, but that's up to him.
